Ethan planned Tuesday. His most important requests were tide-pooling and geocaching.
We headed north a bit, stopping in Cambria for some fun geocaching finds.
There were a lot along this board walk on the ocean.
We then continued to San Simeon to see the Elephant Seals and to go tide-pooling.
We found star fish and an eel, along with a lot of crabs and anemone.
Ethan also wanted to go to the 'beach with the caves', which is over at Montona de Oro.
Preston and I enjoyed playing in the gorgeous piles of naturally polished rocks on the beach with James climbed the rocks with the big kids. After a busy day we enjoyed a relaxing evening watching the Star Wars movie.
