"First, we went to the Keukenhof. The Keukenhof has very pretty tulips and other flowers. Some of the tulips have two colors. Then, we went to the Delft factory. The tour guide showed us how they made and painted the pottery. Most of the pottery was painted in blue and white. Next, we went to the Kinderijk windmills and then we went to the city of Brielle. The city of Brielle is the shape of a star and has a moat around it.
We went to the Keukenhof and saw lots of pretty tulips. Some of the tulips were 2 or 3 different colors. We saw one that was red, orange and yellow.
There was a big instrument that played pretty much every instrument in the world including the triangle, which the little people (connected to the front) played, except they played it on bells and not a triangle.
There was a wooden zip line at the keukenhof that was about 100 feet long. When we bounced on the wood we swang way up in the air and came back down. We swang across and then back and then back into the middle.
There was a windmill at the keukenhof that was controlled by a remote inside of the windmill. The line was too long to go see it, so we just walked across the drawbridge.
The keukenhof had lots of other flowers besides tulips. It also had iris, daisies, really tall sunflowers and lots of other flowers. There was this big part in the keukenhof called the Alexander exhibit and it had a lot of different kinds of flowers.
All the tulips were lined up in little squares, and then lines of each color. In this picture there was red, and then orange, then yellow, pink, red, then dark pink.
There was these big wooden shoes that me and Gavin stood inside of and they were fun to stand inside of, other than they were tight on our feet.
We went to the kinderdijks and saw a little bit over 14-15 windmills.
Most of the windmills were actually working and you could really tell the sea went above the land.
My favorite part about the kinderdijks was that they had this plank where they went out almost to the end of the big, fat, wide river and in the picture it looks like we're really close to the windmill.
