Thursday was a more relaxed day to recover from our previous busy days.
For the morning activity we went to Avila Beach. We had heard that the whales were feeding and hoped to catch a glimpse.
We were surprised by how close they were to the shore and were able to see dozens of humpback whales breaching. You can see Preston was not impressed, but the rest of us were pretty spell-bound.
After lunch and quiet time we spent the afternoon at the beach.
