Preston turns 1 today!
He got to celebrate 2 days early on his Grandma Finlay's birthday with our close-by extended family.
He was VERY excited about his cake (and the fire on top of the cake.)
After digging in with his hands, he went for the spoon...
apparently that wasn't fast enough, so he went for the face plant.
He frequently gets hosed off after meals. And loves it!

This is one of the best sequences of eating birthday cake that I have ever seen. Gotta love the way he eats with so much gusto. . .what a treat to share my birthday with Preston!
